Hockey's Got Talent
The search for hockey’s most exciting free style talent has arrived!
Over the next four months we will be searching to find England’s most gifted free style hockey stars. We want to see what amazing skills you can display with a hockey stick and ball - your coolest tricks, best juggles, fastest spins and more. Basically we’re inviting you all to show us what you can do!
We have set up a Hockey’s Got Talent You Tube Channel where we will display the best of the best. Take a look and see some other performers showing what they can do, including England stars Barry Middleton, Helen Richardson and Gemma Darrington. Can you do what they can do? Can you do it even better?
Start practicing your moves now, and by submitting a 60 second video clip to the channel between now and the end of May 2010, you could be in with a chance of showing off in front of a packed house at the 2010 Womens Champions Trophy in Nottingham in July!
We are looking for two overall winners in two categories – U18, and aged 18 or over (as at the 31st May 2010). The individual winners in each of these categories will receive a signed England replica shirt and a brand new adidas hockey stick.
We will also select a group of people, who are judged to be some of the best performers (across both age groups), and invite them to perform at the 2010 Womens Champions Trophy event in Nottingham in July.
