Accreditation

All members of the media who wish to apply for accreditation for this event should use the following procedures.  You must also agree to the terms and conditions before completing the accreditation process.

LATE ACCREDITATION:  The International Hockey Federation and England Hockey Board will consider late accreditation requests by bona fide members of the media.  Please note that photographers should ensure they include their relevant AIPS card number or similar on their accreditation as well as information regarding the media outlet for which they are providing pictures.  Applications without this information will be rejected.  Those applying for late accreditation should also email media@wct2010.com to inform the Media Centre manager that they have made an application.

British Media

British media wishing to apply for accreditation for this event should use the link below to complete the application form.

Overseas Media

Media travelling to the event from overseas should use the FIH media accreditation form which can be accessed here.  This form should be returned direct to the FIH.

The FIH is responsible for considering all applications for media accreditation to the event.  Following submission of the form (international media), or the online application (British media) you will be advised in due course of the status of your application.

Code of Conduct

All members of the media attending the tournament will be expected to conduct themselves in line with the England Hockey Board's Code of Ethics and Behaviour at all times. To view the code, please visit www.englandhockey.co.uk/respect.

Transport services

A regular shuttle service will be provided for use by accredited media between the event venue and the official media hotel.

Some parking is available at the venue, which can be paid for each day on arrival at the venue.  Members of the media wishing to purchase a parking pass for the duration of the tournament should download the Rate Card and follow the instructions. 

While every effort will be made to fulfill late requests please note that requests made close to the tournament cannot be guaranteed.

Deadline for orders at Standard Rate is midnight (GMT) on Monday 7th June 2010.  Late orders received after this date cannot be guaranteed.
